Happy Monday, All! Just because November is soon coming to an end, it doesn’t mean we have to stop saying thanks!
Rishika from London is grateful “for breath, for petals, for art, for friends, for work, and love, and those times I have fun, for parents that nurture, and skies that are dark blue, for children discovering glitter, and every learning that’s new, for the instinct of leaves that each finds the sun, for trees that shelter with branches that offer hugs to everyone, for seasons that change reinforcing that time waits for no-one, for my dog that when happy can’t resist from shaking her bum, for my perfect coffee that greets me with consistency, for the arms that I sleep in that love me unquestioningly, for the laughs I can call upon of those I know well, like my father the giggling buddha who finds funny the jokes he tells, for the eureka moments when life simply couldn’t be more swell, like when the sun warms your bones relaxing with old friends, for the ability for us to give when we feel shunned, and the trying to ourselves forgive – we have all been young.”
Thank you, Rishika, for reminding us to take joy in the little things in life!

“The happiness of life is made up of minute fractions — the little soon forgotten charities of a kiss or smile, a kind look, a heartfelt compliment, and the countless infinitesimal of pleasurable and genial feeling.” – Samuel Taylor Coleridge
We would love to hear from more of our readers and if you too would like to participate, leave a comment or send an email to info@thedenimstory.com with what you’re grateful for. It doesn’t have to be life-changing or require much thought!
